Had to type up the last vid of 'Ani Says' after speaking to Lubna Seitan who organised the motion and was the last to speak before they closed proceedings:

It's an incredible display of 'cope' (as I believe the kids are calling it nowadays) and a perfect example of liberal attitudes to social change, supposedly achieved through 'words', 'exposing' bad people, and making 'decrees', all wrapped up in narcissistic emotional self-involvement with zero regard to real tactical effectiveness. She (and Seitan, apparently) wants to persuade people to stay in a party that has abused and disrespected them, and shown it has no interest in representing majority opinions when inconvenient. And she wants to present black as white, and a colossal failure as somehow 'victorious', a pathetic form of gaslighting. What's the point of continuing to engage politically with people who are actively sabotaging your efforts and stopping you from confronting your enemies in the power structure? That proves, in effect, that they are the power structure, and if you continue to labour under their misdirections and constant betrayals that is wasted effort that would have been better spent organising with those who are actually serious about effecting the changes we need.
