Seems to know his onions, so to speak. I'd only add that even if you've got absolutely zero space, not even a balcony, you can still work some wild edibles into your diet. Nettles & dandelions always good this time of year. Wild garlic hangs out in shady, damp spots. Cuckoo flower has a face-slappingly strong mustard flavour bordering on wasabi strength. Burdock root for something more substantial before it sends up a flower stalk (which itself has an edible core while still tender), then the nuts for calorie-dense fare later in the year. Slingshot for small game if you know some likely spots away from dog walkers and joggers. Fishing too...

PS: 3 sisters doesn't work in the UK in my experience. The maize doesn't get away fast enough to provide structure for the beans and the squash leaves swamp everything. Also he mentions mulch and slugs in succeeding paragraphs, but not the fact that, in wetter climates, mulch acts as slug habitat so they can live right next to their meal spots. Better to keep a big patch of ground clear & hoed around the crop plants and grass cut short around the edges of the plot. At least make them work for it!
