Sounds a right saga...had two out with the NHS the last couple of years, pretty quick and painless and lucky to even get an NHS dentist apparently.
They said both teeth could have been saved but not being a millionaire, I declined.
"I won't dignify the attacker's words by repeating them, they are horrific and vile."
