We summitted Scafell and Scafell Pike in the morning, from Wasdale, drove all round the lake district in the afternoon, over the wrynose and hardknot, and down to Whitbeck in the evening for pub dinner then back to Wasdale Head Inn for the night, then back to London next morning :-)

All without training or supplemental oxygen -)

It was a great 5 minutes in the Lake District, must do it again some time. It was 20 yrs ago though.
