Fwiw my nostrils have slightly widened and ability to nose-breathe has improved since eating more organic veggies, spending more time outside and following a WAPF-ish diet with a fair amount of saturated fats (esp butter). Still get snot reactions and lots of swallowing after eating certain foods or alcohol. Mainly grains or unprocessed dairy. The article is probably right about the bone architecture being laid down during infancy and there not being much you can do about it after that, but I think it's still worth making changes to improve what you can, and - as he pointed out in the previous article - pass on a better base level of health to the next generation if you're planning to have kids.
