I always click on your byline and never fail to learn from it. I am not clear about the standing of this debate ,which is not in the house of commons. Did it issue in a vote? Was it mentioned by the BBC or the Guardian?

Those mediocre MPs who speak against an enquiry simultaneously hold two false beliefs, both against evidence. 1. There is no genocide. 2. Those who denounce this genocide are blaming it on UK's 300K Jewish citizens. From there its a short step to the the blood libel and the Protocols.
