What I find puzzling is after Starmer lists all his many policy achievements as PM (as he laid out in his final BBC interview) why he has decided to quit. With such an impressive record of success you'd think he was only too keen and cock-a-hoop to carry on. Baffling .....
Unless he's left something out of the picture he paints of himself and his record of success.
