Thanks Der. I do vaguely remember Beeley mentioning something a good while back. I've held a suspicion that Putin has often been over-tolerant of the Israelis, allowing empathy for its 15% Russian population to override his knowledge of its undeniable role as an overt Yanqui proxy.
