Why do young American women talk in that croaky back-of-the throat manner, which I find unpleasant to listen to? Instead of using their lips, tongue and teeth to articulate, they seem to be swallowing the words as they speak them. (Apols for being such a churlish twat about this)

That aside, I don't understand why AI data processing requires so much water -- is it because they generate a lot of heat and have to be cooled down? And what happens to the water (and excess heat) afterwards? Is it recycled to the reservoirs or dumped as waste water? Anybody know the actual process?
