Short notice, but discerning folk of a progressive persuasion will be heading for Wales this weekend for the 'El Sueno Existe' festival ('The Dream Lives On'), inspired by the Chilean singer-songwriter Victor Jara, who was brutally tortured and murdered in the wake of the Pinochet military coup of 1973.
