Looks that way. In a lot of terror factory plots the feds targetted neuro-divergent/disabled people as the "contact" on-line for obvious reasons. Seems fairly clear they've done the same here. The "untraced" "almost certainly working for Iran" initiator is staying "untraced" rather thanbeing revealed as a provocateur, at least so far.
