Once, Pilger worked for the Daily Mirror and had an audience of millions on a regular basis. His award-winning documentaries were shown on primetime television, once again with an audience of millions. Once he appeared on the BBC. Once he wrote for big circulation mainstream media platforms. Once he wrote stuff for the Guardian. Now he's banished and exiled, sent off to our version of Siberia, and about the only place he's welcomed and given a platform is on RT. Think about that, RT, not the BBC. Criticism and dissent virtually removed from the mainstream. What does that tell us?
