Anywhere a nest of villains doesn't try to strangle it at birth, as the Swamp gangsters and their vassals have tried to do from the start of the Bolivarian revolution in Venezuela, it works just fine for the vast majority, and just insists on a little - quite bearable - wing-clipping for the over-rich minority. Also, given freedom from foreign-gangster-driven assaults, it's perfectly sustainable - so long as it has some deep-green principles built in to its foundations.
