It's a well written article, jam-packed with relevant links. The first time I read it without checking the links, which was a huge mistake, since I don't remember some of the facts that were alluded to and thus came away thinking 'yes, that is clever', simultaneously kicking myself for being the forgetful mog. Reading the reader's comments - very positive. Thus I set myself the task of reading it again, this time checking the links.

In a way it is ironic that you bemoaned the notion that dissident writers may give their readers factual evidence but the simple narrative by 'forces of evil', slipping in the outright lies and building up to the twisted outcome, completely subverting the truth, and it works. Whatever, my vote is with the fact-checkers and one of my faults is skim-reading to get the gist first, so no surprises there.

Back to the content (second reading : )) ... and focusing on bits that interested me particularly; e.g. it is amazing how this HGB article brazenly propagandises:

    https://news.sky.com/story/dont-forget-about-syrias-children-warns-chemical-weapons-expert-11611714

... and pathetically includes the photo of the 'dusty girl' at the start, evoking WH's 'dusty boy' from Aleppo. Presumably the title part ref 'Syria's children' alludes to the Panorama prog meme. For the discerning readers this is laughable, but for your average Sky punter I am sure it works like a charm. From there on what you laid out made better sense. It remind me of the saying about the computer s/ware: RTFM (read the effing manual : )).

I could go on, but enough of droning, I shall follow RTFM motto religiously from now on despite the fact that time is my enemy : ).

Best and keep slugging as RhG says
