    Given that the EU itself is like a heap of sand before the tide of Eurasian integration... or at least: cash?

    And the principal member - Germany - is moving on, eastward, at least as far as it can given that it's trapped in the crumbling NATO, with all those US soldiers still loitering, "defending them from the threat to the east"?

    So on the international scene it's increasingly irrelevant. Oh and most member peoples don't want it any more either?
