Palpably a nice guy, speaks eloquently, wise to stick to aid for the poor and fresh elections...' - I can't tell if he's trying to be sardonic here, but he hasn't gone into Guaido's background* which reveals him to be a total puppet of western interests, so it could be taken at face value as an endorsement without that context.
