Being an English descendant of migrants from Pakistan or being a Muslim does not make someone a pervert. Perhaps it influences the lies they tell each other about why and whom they molest, same as a different group of perverts may invent other excuses. That groups of perverts form and that they may tell different lies doesn't really mean much.
