He is razor-sharp under oath, viz: (9 min, paraphrasing): "Your Russian lawyers told you magnitsky was convicted of something?" Browder's Counsel: "Objection! Communication with His lawyers are topics we should not answer." "OK, but Do you have any basis for saying that Mr. Magnitsky is convicted on anything?" "Yes" "What's that?" "Advice from my lawyers". That is some pretty cynical fancy footwork, after hearing that advice from lawyers cannot be probed, he immediately doubles down on his story He also protects his sources, even under oath. But of course, he is an egotistical merchant of fantasy and criminal psychopath. |
