Coming from a middle-class background in a country where trade unions were neutered when I was an infant, I've got no real understanding of what 'organisation' actually looks like, so to me it sounds like invoking magic when people start insisting on the urgent need for it.
What's invoking magic is the idea that any progressive social change of any kind has ever been or ever will be effected without it. What it looks like is those same unions before they were neutered. What it also looks like is basic civil rights, the right of women not to be property, the end of slavery, the right not to be tortured, the eight hour work day (before an absence of organizing destroyed it) etc, etc. Nothing magic about it at all. Pretty self evident really.
