This, for a second time, must surely mean that the House has lost confidence in May's leadership, and one would think she'd do the honourable thing and resign. Exactly how much humiliation is she prepared to take in order to cling onto power a little longer? Increasingly the thing isn't about Brixit anymore, but more and more about holding the Tory Party together and avoiding an election and the frightening prospect of Labour winning it.
It really is outrageous that May is ready to seriously damage the country's reputation and standing in the world, seriously hurt the economy, by putting the interests of the Tory Party before those of the country.
