The article is another excellent piece by Liliana Segura and Jordan Smith, two of the best things about the Intercept. The Republicrats favourite Kamala Harris makes an appearance proving she's just a cop (repeatedly denying DNA testing in the Kevin Cooper case). An interesting read. One of the cases referenced in the article shows just how ridiculously unreliable these sentences are.
