Youtube version up for now:
If you can't bear to watch it this is what he said: 'Labour have thrown their weight behind a second referendum with the question: leave or remain, which would you like the jews to do.' 'I think there's a real narrowing of the political range in Britain. I mean, if you hate muslims and jews you've pretty much got no-one to vote for.' Both delivered with a knowing smugness, like he's in the BBC club now so he can troll labour supporters with impunity. The pontificating about Corbyn and accusations (from Lucy Prebble) that his silence on Brexit is a cynical ploy to exploit tory divisions were also embarrassing to watch (from around 16:00). I hesitate to put it in these terms but it's probably an indicator of their privilege that they can sit on the fence with all their fake 'balance' and not feel an urgency to back Corbyn & what he represents instead of responding with patronising cynicism and smears. I doubt they've ever had to rely on food banks somehow! I know this should put him beyond the pale but somehow I still feel he's worth watching - if only as an academic exercise to see the limits of TV dissent in the UK Patience is wearing very thin though...
