-ing up for other board users who had been banned - this is a righteous approach in any community and he should not be "blocked" - which I assume means suspended - for pursuing this.
We are at this moment witnessing the greatest injustice in the media world with the prosecution of Julian Assange and yet I ask myself why do I feel there is injustice going on here when we should all be uniting to fight these outside forces.
In many respects Walter has been one of the leading lights on this board and the previous Media Lens Message Board. He has been mentioned in the past as a person who could justifiably take on an advisory role with regard to some aspects of this Board. For Dan to "block" Walter in this way is not "kind" in my view and I believe Dan should review his decision and also in respect of Twirlip and West Virginia.
Every judicial system outside of fascist regimes and organisations have appeal processes where arguments can be re-assessed. This needs to happen here no matter how benevolent the owner and administrator of this site is - everyone makes mistakes sometimes.
