That sounds pretty racist to me. He then goes on to say that, when the word is handed down by him, it should be accepted by non-jews without question. That is supremacist. Do people like this guy not tempt a backlash that could affect all jews? These kinds of rather chilling attitudes seem very ill-advised to me.
