There is no drawing upon a classic antisemitic trope here as : 1. it is not clear whether the dog wields the power or the skull capped person with the leash or whether the power is shared equally. 2. if the dog is supposedly wielding the power then this is Netenyahoo with an Israeli flag and so it would say Israel is all powerful, there is no reason to suppose there is a link to jews or jewishness, why the leash holder has a skull cap on completely escapes me. 3. there is no such thing as an antisemitic trope of jewish power and control on its own it has to also be linked to a suggestion of hatred, ridicule, contempt or intimidation of a jewish person. Of course the idea is to throw mud and so no-one will bother to answer these points - the damage is done once the mud is in the air. cheers
