Interesting. If the video was filmed in real time, then it took just over 20 seconds from launch to hit its target. I think a missile like this would ultimately reach about Mach 3 or 2,300 mph. Now to travel 12 miles (the limit of national airspace from the coast) plus a bit more for altitude and whatever distance from the coastline, in 20 seconds would be a speed of about 1,800 mph. But of course, the missile has to accelerate first from zero mph. But someone in the know would be able to work this out more accurately. However, that presupposes the video didn't have any cuts in it.
