I'd still like to know how many of the people involved in the "clean up" of the non-existent toxin, and the destruction of these vehicles, knew that it was just a circus. Because if ALL of them thought there was really a poison there it's a BIG problem, even bigger than if all of them knew there wasn't! Though it's also an opportunity, as the consequences of all the emergency services and forces finding out that they have been tricked into this charade by their own malignant government should be a bloody revolution!
