Type of undemocratic nepotism the US love bawling African leaders out for. If a prominent African leader insisted on placing his unqualified family member in an internationally influential position, insisted his daughter sat in on meetings with international leaders, etcetera, he'd come in for no end of criticism about corrupt and unacceptable behaviour. With this precedent, US no longer has moral high ground on issues like these: post-Trump world will now feel free to show a finger to Washington-Whitehall morale. |
