Bayer/Monsanto putting desperate ads in newspapers in defense of glyphosate Archived Message

Looks like whoever scanned this page from the NYT first crumpled it up in a rage:

    https://www.abc.net.au/news/2019-05-31/bayer-nyt-ad/11163064

Apparently: 'There's no risk to public health from the application of glyphosate' according to an EPA stooge (the 'regulator' revealed to be colluding with Monsanto to hide evidence of Roundup's toxicity for over 30 years - https://www.desmogblog.com/2017/03/15/unsealed-court-documents-suggest-collusion-between-monsanto-epa-pollute-science) and 'Glyphosate-based herbicides, which includes most Roundup products, are among the most rigorously studied products of their kind. Independent regulatory agencies continue to assess glyphosate-based products and conclude they can be used safely and that glyphosate is not carcinogenic'

Blah blah blah... spinning out the lies to wring as much profit from their flagship chemical weapon as possible. The papers are of course also culpable for enabling this disinformation campaign and for failing to properly inform the public about the severity of the crime that Monsanto/Bayer have been perpetrating on planet & people for so long. The 'justice' system is keen on throwing out disproportionately harsh punishment for low-level offenders in order to 'send a message' to other would-be offenders. What does it say when NOBODY has been properly held to account for this corporate abomination for which there has been incontrovertible proof for decades? Clearly it's a de-facto +encouragement+ of similar high-level offenses in the future. Rule of law my arse...

    jeers,
    I
