Did Robinson, Assange's own lawyer, really say he'd be 'charged'? I suppose this supports Aaronovich's claim that the difference between 'allegations' and 'charges' is minimal to most ordinary people. Though, in reality there's a huge difference, in law and one is talking about a legal case here, even though the likelihood of a trial in Sweden is so remote. I suppose Robinson is actually referring to the US charges against Assange? Even the High Court chose to fudge the difference between 'charges' and 'allegations' and they are Judes! I despise those people working for the 'gorgeous' Guardian, especially Marina Hyde, who is the queen of the narcisisstic bunch.
