I guess then, that 1945 was the equilibrium point between the strategic errors made on either side. If Germany had developed the ME262 and 163 programs, who's to say WW2 would not have lasted till 1947? Losses over Schweinfurt were exceptionally heavy. I am no big fan of revisionsit second-guessing myself. What happened s what happened, history is essentially qualitative, it probably does not really accomplish much to try to over--quantify it.
