It was not clear how he suffered his injuries. Two anonymous sources told New York’s local NBC News 4 that Epstein’s injuries may have been self-inflicted, while another said an assault by another inmate had not been ruled out. I think it's unlikely to be another inmate as people with Epstein's kind of money tend to arrange for protection via the Alice Baker or other prison gang. That leaves suicide attempt or suicided attempt. The cynic in me thinks this is a good way to get transferred to a hospital for some easier time or perhaps "they" can't afford to have him talking. |
