That would be Sajid Javid who sat alongside Johnson on the front bench in the HoC today looking up at him admiringly as Johnson held the stage for 3 hours! He is ex Deutsche Bank and an admirer of Thatcher to boot. He once said he would like to live in Israel whose 'democracy' he held in high regard. He's had more jobs than we've had hot dinners. A one time candidate for PM after May left.
