insist that things have to change drastically, to improve life for the common average worker; startimg with a government actually chosen by the electorate (gasp! imagine that!) - not just by a selected handful of eighteenth-century public-school knuckle-draggers set on by Mrs. E. Windsor - that is manifesto-pledged to work 'for the many, not just the few'. Lots to do; no shortage of work. And at least this work is both essential, and well worth doing. Eventually... (unlike the shit-jobs) And sure, there will be shortage of money for those out of paid shit-jobs. But then, there will be anyway even for those IN shit-jobs (like my grand-daughter, who's in work and yet can't cover basic costs and has to be subsidised continually by her mother and me); and at least those privations will be for a good cause. It all changes for the - possible - better when enough of us stand up off our knees and start insisting.
