Quite Rhisiart. It always annoys the Z trolls when I say Israel isn't a state as it has no borders and knows no law. I forgot to say that the BBC sign in form includes a question about whether you have a TV licence. I bet all the info the BBC collects goes straight through to C(r)apita who operate the licensing set up from their shed in Darlington. |
