Thanks. It confirms the narrative from Max Blumenthal and Abby Martin with some additional details e.g. the wires and whistles in the burnt out 'aid' cargo on the bridge ... wires (?!). This video was probably made before the facts were known about the multiple sabotage of Venezuelan electric infrastructure: This blackout was simply another electromagnetic attack. From January to July of this year, we have detected more than 76 incursions of U.S. planes specialized in electromagnetic work.
