Lees Senior Lecturer in Conservation Biology, Manchester Metropolitan University Disclosure statement Jos Barlow receives funding from NERC, the EU H2020 programme and CNPq to support his research into Amazonian wildfires and tropical forest ecology. He is affiliated with post-graduate courses at the Federal Universities of Pará and Lavras in Brazil. Alexander C. Lees has received funding from NERC, CAPES and CNPq to conduct work on the impacts of land use change on Amazonian biodiversity. He is also affiliated with the Cornell Lab of Ornithology.
