He makes a good point: "The Queen has appointed a Prime Minister who does not have the support of the House of Commons " You say: "...Parliament is generally only able to say out loud that the PM doesn't have the support of the HoC when there's been a vote of no confidence..." But actually thats not the case: "...Evidence that they do not have the confidence of the House may be that they have failed to make a deal with other parties, or if they lose a confidence motion in the House of Commons. She already knows this, therefore Queenie is indeed conspiring in the fiddle.
