It's Hillary Clinton's sneering remarks about the 'deplorables' taken up to a vastly more dangerous rhetorical level, which could have truly dire consequences going forward, especially if the target of the campaign, the white majority, don't accept this dangerous narrative about their own inherent badness, but instead react against it and choose to re-elect Donald Trump again as an act of defiance.
