I think the most intersting part was at the very end when she focused on the West's desire to replace 'international law' with a 'rules based order', which is something far, far, weaker and ad hoc. It means there are no permanent laws which are agreed upon, but, instead, 'rules' of behaviour that are just applied on a case by case basis by the West and don't have to be consistant or have any relevance outside of a particular time and place, which is a move, really towards embracing 'chaos' rather than order in international relations. This is disturbing.
