Notification was sent by HMCTS to the respondent on the same day. 2. Rule 24(1)(c) of the Tribunal Procedure..provides that the respondent must send a response to HMCTS within 28 days after the date on which the decision maker received a copy of the notice of appeal. 3. A response has not been received within the 28 day statutory time limit and the file has been referred to me. 4. I direct that the response is sent to HMCTS within the 7 days of the date of issue of these directions." (Paraphr.) A further letter suggests that the appeal has now been upheld...to be confirmed... So this is the current state of my DCUC appeal (Disability Component of Universal Credit), ..
