The exceptional nation continues to ratchet up the colour revolution stakes in HK. The proposed "Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act" passes by 417 to 1 in the lower house of Congress. It is intended to support protesters in Hong Kong and send a warning to China about human rights. No such concerns about the post coup situation in Bolivia of course.
