You would think that there would be some sort of acknowledgement of his death or some sort of tribute. There is nothing on the Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel website about it. The link to his branded restaurant at the Marriott Grosvenor House hotel in Dubai is still up. https://www.marriott.com/hotels/hotel-information/restaurant/details/dxbgl-grosvenor-house-a-luxury-collection-hotel-dubai/5970671/ He died from a subdural haematoma (bleed on the brain) and probably wore himself out in a high pressure and stressful job to provide food for rich UAE residents and international visitors to Dubai. |
