Is Boris Johnson a well parented psychopath? Archived Message

I once proposed in jest that a brainscan of BJ would prove conclusively that he was raised in a loving nurturing environment. My chain of reasoning was thus: James Fallon, the neuroscientist who discovered the Psychopath Brain, was nonplussed to discover that he himself had the Psychopath Brain. Yet he was a productive law abiding citizen, affable, humorous and charming. He was nonplussed again to find his relatives and siblings were not the least bit surprised to learn that James’ cortex was lacking the bit that signified Empathy. But they had showered him with affection and praise and guidance. Had they not done so, who can say what a dangerous serial criminal Fallon might have become? All who know BJ well are astounded by his natural lack of empathy. His smarter brother Jo is a regular fellow who had the grace to be embarrassed and improperly dressed in his Bullingdon class photo of 93. BJs sister has many human qualities. Say what you like about Stanley, he has probably helped to keep a monster off the streets. I am not denying that Fallon was the better man. James relatives had noticed that he always seemed quite unable to mourn. However when the family dog died he was overcome by grief. BJ’s PR people told him to get a dog, and he barely knows its name gb
