    You know the British, "conservative" with a small "c" (most certainly the English component is), 'tis why dear friend that we are being encouraged to exercise our democratic rights during December....it is due to hammer-down with rain tomorrow in the heartland of the country...this is no coincidence....ignorance concerning even the basic structures, administration and institutions of our state is endemic..I'm very much afraid that this is the end-of-the-road folks....what happens next is anybody's guess..
