Not convinced. Whenever I hear him, sure, there's a sniff of dissent, (normally on relatively minor matters), but on all the major points, he's pretty much on message and of course, he must be right on those, because hey, he's such a dissenter... Have you heard him on anti-semitism and Corbyn? You won't hear much worse and as with all the LBC crowd, it's often hidden (not very well, mind) behind the old 'I'm just reporting' chestnut. Funny how 'just reporting' doesn't include opinions from Jewdas, JVL, The Union of Orthodox Hebrew Congregations etc., etc., nor does it hold Johnson and May to account for their celebration of Nancy Astor, nor asking why Riley, Baddiel, the Chief Rabbi etc. aren't up in arms about it. |
