A High Court judge has awarded damages (amount to be decided) in a civil case brought by the family of Lt Tipper, one of the Household Cavalry troop killed in Hyde Park by an IRA nail bomb, against John Downey. His finger prints were found on two parking ticketd in the car used on the day and linked to the remote control of the bomb activation. In 1982!
