It's neither, I hope : ). It was an attempt at sarcasm about the thread highlighted since it stayed with me and this article was the trigger. One is observant about the changes in the weather patterns which are 'unusual' in one's lifetime. The frequency of flooding and forest fires is an indicator since these are the extremes, and I don't need a PhD to figure out that 'weather' out of whack = climate change. Btw, the article is quite good, comparing these events (e.g. California) and linking it to the knock-on effects, widening the local disasters.
