That's an exact, if incomplete, description of the US role in the region which this pathetic apologist attributes to someone who was murdered by the US for resisting those crimes. For her, as for Washington, the real crime is disobedience, and since you can't say that, you have to invert criminal and victim. It's the strategy of getting caught with your hand in someone's purse and yelling "Thief!" and reflects the moral and intellectual level of Guardian hacks and editors.
