I heard him the other day on the radio, invoking self defence as the justification for murder. I just went to see if I could find a clip to play here, because it was striking to hear him make the Nuremburg defence without equivocation. I wasn't at home when I heard this snippet, so not being sure which radio station to ask, I searched with the term, 'raab invokes self defence' and got a number of results from a legal essay written by someone called Raab in 2004 - 'see Raab, ”Armed Attack” after the Oil Platforms Case'. The oil platforms case?
